Your Personal Information will be retained with Yofinvoice as long as it is necessary in order for Yofinvoice to provide the Services to You. If You wish to cancel Your account or request that Yofinvoice no longer uses Your Personal Information to provide Services to You, You may contact Yofinvoice at [email protected].

Yofinvoice will retain and use Your Personal Information as necessary to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements or for other business purposes. When Yofinvoice has no ongoing legitimate business need to process Your Personal Information, We will either delete or anonymize it.

 You will, at all times, have access to your Personal Information and an option to modify/update the same.

We provide You with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from Us, after providing Us with Personal Information.

obtain confirmation from Us that Your Personal Information is being collected and used by Us and to access the Personal Information held about You by Us;

obtain and reuse any Personal Information We hold about You for Your own purposes across different services, which allows You to move, copy or transfer Your Personal Information easily from Yofinvoice to another place notified by You to Us in a safe and secure way without hindrance to the usability of Your Personal Information; and

object to the processing of Your Personal Information on legitimate grounds.

In the event that You would like to access, correct, delete or object to any inaccuracies of the Personal Information provided by You, or to otherwise exercise any of your rights in relation to Your Personal Information, You may send Us an email at [email protected] detailing your request.

We will aim to respond to all legitimate requests relating to Your rights above within one month of receipt of Your request. Occasionally it may take Us longer than one month if Your request is particularly complex or if You have made a number of requests. In this case, We will notify You and keep You updated.

This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
